Padraig Hourigan FCA, BBS (Hons)

Padraig is the Chief Executive Officer of International House Dublin, one of Ireland’s leading quality English Language Providers, and a member of the International House World Organisation. He has overall responsibility for the strategic development and day to day running of the School from its location in the heart of Dublin City. He has worked in a number of roles in the School since 2011 and is also President of Independent College Dublin, a higher education provider specialising in undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes across a range of academic disciplines. Previously, Padraig worked with Independent News and Media where he held a number of senior roles in their newspaper publishing business in the areas of Finance, Editorial and Marketing with those roles having a strong emphasis on commercial development and corporate governance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant where he trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Originally from County Tipperary, he is a keen hurling supporter and enjoys golf, rugby and taking quality time out with his family.
