Asana is a family-run school located in Cahersiveen, on the stunning south-west coast of Ireland. At Asana we use holistic methodology where the focus is on teaching and developing the whole person through self-expression. Language and culture are assimilated through the media of drama, literature, history, music and dance. Cahersiveen is famous for its wonderful mountain and coastal scenery, and our programmes of boat-trips, adventure walks and archaeological explorations make the most of this. Course directors Adi and Colm give their personal guarantee that you will feel welcome and at home for the duration of your visit.
