Garda Vetting Form

  • Under Sec 26(b) of the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016, it is an offence to make a false statement for the purpose of obtaining a vetting disclosure.

  • Please note all correspondence in relation to the Garda Vetting Application will be sent to this email address. If the applicant is under 18 years old the above email address must be that of the Parent/Guardian and vetting will only be processed for applicants under 18 years old when this form is accompanied by a fully completed NVB 3 Parent/Guardian Consent form.

    The school has received documentation to validate the identity of the vetting applicant. Such documentation may be retained and referenced until such time as the vetting application is completed.

    Applicant has provided consent for the release of vetting application details to Marketing English in Ireland and consented to the disclosure of information by the National Vetting Bureau to relevant Liaison Persons in Marketing English in Ireland, pursuant to Section 13(4)(e) National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016
